Cambodia to attend IJC hearing in April

PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) - Cambodia will attend International Court of Justice hearings in The Hague in April over its border dispute
with Thailand in Preah Vihear province, an official said Wednesday. "We
have prepared documents and evidence already," Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and International Cooperation spokesman Koy Kuong told
