The disappearance of Lao educator and development worker Sombath Somphone is running into its 4th week now.
The
continued inaction and denial of the Lao government is clearly
unacceptable. We have drafted an open letter to the Lao Prime Minister
to step up efforts and also to let them know the spotlight and attention
