Suong Sophorn (pictured) sued Prime MInister Hun Sen for the deaths of 353 during the stampede on Koh Pich Bridge two years ago. Prime Minister Hun Sen has threatened to counter-sue but so far failed to do so. The Phnom Penh Court has dismissed Suong Sophorn's lawsuit and the Anti-Corruption Unit has said it will not act on Suong Sophorn's lawsuit because it is politically motivated. Suong
