PHNOM PENH, 22 December 2012 (The Cambodia Herald) - Singer Khat Sokim has apologized
for wearing an Indian outfit to her wedding reception earlier this
month.
"I wore such clothes hoping they'd be a surprise," the Hong Meas Production singer said. "I'm sorry if I disappointed you all."
