PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) - The Court of Appeal on Tuesday set
January 16 for the verdict in a case involving Senate chairman Chea
Sim’s former bodyguard Chhoeun Chan Thorn.
General Chhoeun Chan
Thorn was sentenced in February to 26 years in jail on multiple charges
including damaging military equipment, swindling and selling weapons.
