PHNOM PENH, 28 December 2012 (The Cambodia Herald) - The government was
to resume rail services between Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville Friday in
collaboration with Toll Royal Co, Richz Electronic Services and the
Asian Development Bank, sources said
On September 19, Toll and Richz signed an agreement to to buy rolling stock for the 266-kilometer railway.
The
ADB financed $84 million
